TogetherFit

TogetherFit is High Five’s own workout concept created by an international team of experienced fitness coaches, experts and human movement scientists. 

The programs empower and support people to make their daily lives more balanced by adopting a healthier lifestyle.

As a High Five member you have a wide range of fun and effective group classes to choose from. The great advantage of group classes is that you have a fitness coach who will challenge you, motivate you and push you to your limit to obtain the best possible result while having fun together with other participants.

Our group classes are categorized as follows: health & core, strength, mind & body, cardio and power & fun and include classes like pilates, indoor cycling, boxing, TRX and many more.

Yoga

Every Yoga class starts with an introduction to basic yoga and breathing techniques, explaining and putting into practice asanas (yoga poses) and will steadily guide you to advanced poses and practices. Not only will you enjoy this class for its benefits of improving flexibility, mobility and posture, but also for its capacity to decrease stress and remove tension.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a one hour class focusing on clearing the mind and bringing attention to the present moment. Busy daily lives, often governed by digital devices, permanent distractions and the lack of time as well as the urge to multitask, make the body and the mind drift miles a part and can lead to a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. Mindfulness is a guided class providing the time, space and guidance to enjoy a short break from office hectics or finish the work day with an relaxing and restorative class.
Accessible for all ages and fitness level.

Strong Back

Strong Back is dedicated to the upper body, the back in particular, using both body weight and small workout equipment. Strong and healthy back muscles are essential for good and upright posture and are necessary to increase performance in any other sports.

Pilates

Pilates is a gentle and effective way to tone the body, build strong core and back muscles, prevent injuries, gain flexibility and disconnect from stress. Every exercise is consciously executed following the Pilates principles whilst focusing on the deep core muscles, referred to as 'powerhouse'. Controlled mindful movements reconnect the mind and the body and help participants disconnect from daily stress and preoccupations.

Running

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, this course will help you learn to run progressively and improve your performance.
The class includes a mixture of running, technique, muscle strengthening and stretching.
A complete physical training for runners.

Indoor Cycling

Cycling classes follow a set structure, including a warm-up, steady tempo cadences, sprints, uphill and downhill sequences and a cool-down. The main benefits created through the intervals include fat burning, strengthening of the lower and the upper body and the increase of cardiovascular fitness. Hop on the bike and let’s pedal together!

Strong Nation

Muscle building, stability, an athletic figure and above a lot of fun in group training are the focus of this full-body HIT training with bodyweight. It will push your limits and ensure increased endurance, strength, cardiovascular efficiency and a good healthy dose of mood-enhancing, stress-reducing endorphins. Each training session is surrounded by a warm up and a final stretching.
This training is suitable for beginners as well as advanced.

Body Shape

Body Shape is a gentle and low impact full body workout, mainly working with body weight but occasionally using small fitness accessories to increase fitness, strength and coordination. The class is accompanied by fun and energising music, equally focusing on upper body, lower body, core and finishes off with a relaxing stretching session. Ideal for beginners but also advanced participants.

TRX

TRX, suspension training, is a small group body weight workout but can also include other accessories such as medicine balls, challenge bags, dumbbells, etc. TRX is a multidimensional workout that focuses on strength, coordination and endurance and is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. TRX was initially invented by Navy Seals while on deployment due to the lack of equipment and possibilities to work out and has become a must have for all modern days gyms.

Cross Training

Cross Training is both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport, incorporating elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises.

TRX meets Kettlebell

The combination of the familiar TRX training with the newcomer Kettlebell will take your fitness to the next level.
TRX is a suspension training working mainly with body weight to improve balance, strength, core strength, flexibility and posture.
Kettlebell training is a strength and mobility focused training.
Combing the two disciplines will trigger the body to react to different impulses, hence surmounting new and more intense physical challenges.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is an anaerobic group workout toning the whole body, emphasising the lower body (legs, bums and tums) aiming on building core strength, control and lean muscles by using body weight as well as small fitness equipment such as bands or dumbbells.

Aqua Fit

Aqua Fitness is a gentle, yet intense training to get fit, tone the body and gain endurance while being in shallow water. It is extremely beneficial for joints as it puts very little pressure on them but allows to build up strength through the water's resistance. Aqua Fitness prevents injuries, helps to reduce stress and is a great way for people with dfiierent fitness levels and experiences to work out. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and ages, participants must know how to swim.

This class is structured around a series of
core strengthening exercises, improving
balance and stability so you can move more
confidently and without injury
in your everyday life.

FIT30

Functional Interval Training at high intensity for only 30 minutes. This program is perfect for anyone with a busy, demanding schedule. Can 30 minutes really make a difference? Yes, according to mounting research evidence. FIT30 is safe and its effective.
High-energy and high-intensity, FIT30 classes are held in a supportive group setting. Each class features a series of stations that highlight different movements.

HIIT

Muscle building, stability, an athletic figure and above a lot of fun in group training are the focus of this full-body HIT training with bodyweight.
