Holiday Kids Camps Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Our Summer Camps!
At NATO camps, we’re excited to offer fun and enriching summer camps for children. Our goal is to create memorable experiences while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. Below, we’ve outlined important information for parents:
- Potty Training Requirement:
- To participate in our summer camps, children must be potty trained. We kindly ask that parents ensure their child is comfortable using the restroom independently. This requirement helps maintain a positive experience for all campers.
- Children with Special Needs:
- We believe in inclusivity and strive to accommodate children with special needs. If your child has specific requirements or needs extra assistance, please discuss this with us during the registration process.
- Our team will work closely with parents to understand the child’s unique needs and determine the best approach for inclusion.
- Depending on the level of support required, a monetary supplement may be requested. This ensures that we can provide the necessary resources and individualized care.
- Safety First:
- Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our staff members are trained to handle various situations and are committed to creating a secure environment.
- We encourage open communication between parents and our team. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us.
- Registration Process:
- Visit our website to explore camp options and register your child or register at the reception of the staff center.
- During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to provide relevant information about your child, including any special needs.
- Rest assured that all information shared with us is confidential and used solely for the purpose of enhancing your child’s camp experience.
We look forward to welcoming your child to an exciting summer filled with adventure, learning, and friendships! If you have any inquiries, don’t hesitate to contact us.
What to Bring: Packing List for Kids
Clothing and Essentials
When preparing for our exciting summer camp adventures, make sure your child brings the following clothing and essentials:
- Change of Clothes: Summer camp can get wet and messy, especially if kids spend a lot of time outdoors. Pack an extra set of clothing in case anything gets ripped, muddied, or wet. Don’t forget to include extra pairs of socks and underwear. There’s nothing more miserable than going through the day with wet and dirty socks and underwear1.
- Swim Gear: Swimming is sometimes a weekly or even daily activity at camp. Make sure to pack the following swim gear:
- A bathing suit
- Goggles
- Swim shoes or flip flops
- Towels
- Include an empty plastic bag in your child’s backpack to hold their wet swimsuits and towels. Pack two smaller towels: one to sit on and one to dry off with after swim time1.
As for lunch and snacks, parents can rest assured that there is a varied, freshly cooked lunch provided every day during the camp. Kids will have a delicious and nutritious meal to keep them energized for all the fun activities! 😊🌞🍽️
