What are the opening hours?
We are open from 06h30 to 19h45 Monday - Friday and from 08h30 to 15h45 during he weekends.

How do I book a group lesson?
You can book directly via the High Five Connect app or contact reception or tennis staff.
What are private tennis lessons?
Personal Training is a one-on-one workout session focused exclusively on you and your goals. Your coach will explain, demonstrate and explain tennis techniques during the session, while focusing on improving your game.
How do I book private tennis lessons?
Contact the reception desk or the tennis coaches directly and book your private tennis session according to your availabilities. Personal Training sessions can be booked individually or in packs of 10 or 20.
How do I meet other tennis players?
The High Five tennis team regularly organises social evenings and match plays - a great way to meet members outside your network. (Check the tennis notice board for updates)
Can I borrow tennis equipment?
Yes, we have equipment at reception available for member use.
Can I join the adult group classes anytime?
Yes, if places are available, register online via the HFC app, first come first served basis.
Can I sign up my child for the Junior Coaching Programme anytime or do I need to wait for the course cycle?
You can sign your child up for the course anytime. However, the preferred option is to sign up at the beginning of the tennis cycle (September – December) or (January – June). Places are distributed on a first come, first-served basis (register online). Your can child join anytime whenever there an available slot.
The tennis coordinator can also create slots anytime within the programme to suit your needs and availabilities.
When do the junior courses run?
The Junior Programme runs during the school term times. (33 weeks) Plus 11 weeks of children's holiday camps through the year.
My child never played tennis before and doesn’t have any equipment. Can he/she still join the Junior Programme?
Absolutely! You don’t need experience or equipment to join the course. Your child will learn all the skills in a friendly, fun environment and we can always provide your child with a spare racket.
I can't commit to the Adult Coaching Classes every week, is that a problem?
No, our adult classes are drop-in sessions and not termly courses. There is no weekly commitment. Classes run weekly and operate on pre-paid basis however you can feel free to use the pre-paid sessions anytime you are available to play.
I would like to join the Adult Programme but I don’t know which class suits me best...
Don’t worry, get in touch with us and we’ll schedule a free introductory lesson for you with the club head coach. The coach will advise you which class would be best for you to join based on your current ability.
How do I book a court?
Book your court in the High Five Connect app (make sure to include your partner) or via reception. For any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the reception desk.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book a week in advance and hourly court booking.
How long can I book a court?
Courtesy Rule: Max 1 hour during Peak hours (12noon – 14:00) Mon – Fri All other days / times Max 2 hrs.
I’m an adult and keen to play competitive doubles. Can I join one of your teams?
Completive double events are organized and run by the NATO Tennis Club. Please contact reception for contact details.
Do you have your league, just for the club?
Yes, the High Five Tennis department runs box leagues all year round. You can sign up for them by contacting the tennis staff or put your name down on the box leagues notice board column (tennis indoor sports hall)
What about singles?
Yes, singles tournaments are available three times per year.
